Mrs Rafiq Mahmood, widow of the late Professor Rafiq Mahmood (long-time Professor of English Language and Literature, and formerly Head of the Department of English, Manager of The Ravi, Manager of The Gazette, Editor of Explorations, and President, The Government College Dramatic Club of the Government College, Lahore), passed away in Lahore on Thursday morning.
