You seem like a shining star
During the darkest hours.
You feel like a warm hug
During the cold winter nights
You seem like a shadow of a tree
During the warm days of summer.
Your love is like an ocean
Just like a constant stream.
A lullaby of love, a whisper of prayer
Your love is beyond compare.
For all they give for all they are
A salute to mothers our guiding star.
